This scan shows the problem pretty well. You're looking at my face from the front, so my right is your left and vice versa. The white areas are bone. The black areas are air, and therefore good. The grey areas are blockage, and therefore bad. What you should see in a normal scan is symetrical black areas running all up the cheeckbones, past the inner eyesockets and into the forehead. As you can see, the right side of my head is pretty much full, as well as both the right and left sinuses between the eyes. No wonder it hurts so much and breathing's so difficult! And it's been like this at least since August...
Pretty cool to be able to see what's inside your head like that though! Except...er...WHERE BRAIN MY?
