Dr Parsley was a start-up internet company - an online supermarket. They wanted a fresh, clean-looking site with appetising colours (but not red or green!) and a simple layout. As they had no initial branding at all, we also developed the logo and the look and feel of the company's identity. More iterations of the logo designs can be found in the Logos & other designs part of this section.
Their first main selling point was a pack which would provide all the neccessary items for any emergency that might occur as a result of the 'Millenium Bug' - a real matter of concern in the run up to the year 2000. These 'Homekits 2000' were also the subject of a small exercise in identity creation by Hughes Rae, also detailed on the Logos & other designs page.
Dr Parsley was still going until quite recently, although both their business and their identity were updated eventually. They grew to become a facilitator and central point of contact for worldwide 'green' trading. At the time of this update, their homepage only shows a 'holding' message, unfortunately.

Two other early concepts for the Dr Parsley homepage can be seen above.
